How to use Shared Bill Splitter

Split a bill

Enter the bill amount and currency, choose the number of people, then split equally or by relative weights. A weight of 2 receives twice the allocation of a weight of 1. Optional names are labels only.

Add a tip and copy

Choose no tip, a percentage or a fixed amount. The result shows each share and the full total. Copy summary uses the clipboard when available, with selectable text as a fallback. Invalid edits clear stale results. Reset clears the current inputs.

Check the result

Smallest currency units are allocated deterministically so the shares add to the total. Zero-decimal and three-decimal currencies use their own precision. A currency choice does not convert exchange rates. This calculator does not collect or send payments, settle debts or store your history.
